How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find WutheringAI and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I reset a character relationship?

Open the character's profile from the main screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap Reset Relationship. This will clear all conversation history and return the affinity score to its starting state. This action cannot be undone.

What is Veil Mode?

Veil Mode is an intimate narrative mode that activates when your relationship with a character reaches the LOVER or SOULMATE affinity tier, and when certain keywords are spoken. In Veil Mode, the character's prose style shifts to reflect deeper emotional intimacy. Content remains within the app's established limits at all times. Veil Mode is only available to subscribers.

How do I adjust content preferences?

Tap the Soul Pact option in a character's profile to customize what types of content are allowed in your conversations. You can adjust the intensity level to match your preferences. Note that certain hard limits are always enforced regardless of Soul Pact settings.

Why did my conversation history disappear?

Conversation history is stored locally on your device. It may have been cleared if you reinstalled the app, restored your device from a backup, or cleared the app's data in iOS Settings. Our server does not store conversation history — each session is independent. To preserve your history, do not delete or reinstall the app without backing up your device first.

The AI response seems off or broken. What should I do?
